The Google Glass is basically a wearable computer that that has information display like that of a smartphone but in a hands-free format. Google developed this product with the goal of manufacturing and producing a mass-market ubiquitous computer.
Google glass is your mobile and easy to carry computer. This innovative product of Google is voice-activated and works as simple as you can imagine. If you want to take a picture, just say “take a picture”. It’s as easy as that.
Google glass also allows you to share videos, acquire directions that you need when in travel, speak in order to send a message, gather information about whatever it is that is on your mind, translate your voice and basically allows you to perform tasks that you’re your computer usually does for you.
With evolutionary design, Google glass is very light but it is also very durable at the same time. This product comes in different colors such as Charcoal, Tangerine, Shale, Cotton and Sky.
The core of the user interaction in Google Glass is the Timecards. Its mirror API offers three ways to design cards that includes providing text, use of HTML and lastly, by creating your own HTML template. Text proving is the easiest way to create cards on Glass.
What you do is simply provide the API what you want to be displayed in text form and optional images and the rest is up to Glass. Glass makes it a point that the content to be displayed is visually desirable and it does such by populating the text filed on the timeline items.
To summarize, the Google glass does not only push the latest technology to new heights but also makes our daily living a lot easier with its user friendly interface. We now have the ability to do and get what we want hands-free.
